This is THE place in North County to shop and socialize. The shops are very chic. My fave is always Sur La Table. Best thing about this shopping center is the ample parking!
Enjoy coming here because of the amazing stores and the range of options. It is a beautiful shopping center fit for north county. The only issue is parking - an absolute headache. That is usually the only reason why I avoid driving into there. Pro tip: there is extra parking around the back of H&M and that building. Though it may be filled, it is more spacious that the front parking.
Love this place! It’s beautiful with a great selection of stores. Even better, I feel safe walking around the shops alone. You can’t say that about every mall! The parking is interesting because it’s not one big square lot, it’s spread throughout. I love it because you can usually park very close to your favorite store and not have to walk far. Great place for an afternoon with friends or quiet time alone.

Though it has a good selection of stores, it is almost always super crowded at the Forum. There are parking issues in this shopping center for sure and even walking around in the lots is dangerous as a pedestrian because everyone seems to forget how to drive when they come here. They offer free WiFi throughout, in theory, but the connection is generally spotty. During the holiday season they offer some fun activities like carriage rides but this only causes more traffic issues in the parking lots. So I'd say it is a decent place to go once in awhile, but generally it's so busy it's best to be avoided.
