Worst service ever. Spend hours on the phone and at postal store trying to get them a gypsy moth form they said they never received, each time they never tried to contact us. They don't communicate with u or their own staff. We gave instructions 4 times how to deliver pod and poor driver had to spend another hour turning it around. They just keep changing your card another month rent......we won't be using pods the next time.

and they said it wasn't schedule now stuck with it for another week I'm my drive way, another month charged on my card.
Very convenient and amazing customer service. Used PODS for multiple moves now and worth every penny. Pays for itself several times when you don't have to move your things on multiple occasions.
they never answer calls, they hang up on you, date to be picked up never show up
