I love this store and have been shopping here for almost ten years. Their customer service couldn't be better, and they carry quality products. Their prices are competitive so I no longer need to shop around.
This friendly place might look a little cluttered and claustrophobic, but the reason is they have almost everything in stock! No waiting around while they order what you need. My dog Angel and I have been stopping in here for years and it's a real pleasure to see the same familiar faces there year after year. Matthew, Heather Lynn and Shasta not only have more experience than a typical corporate franchise employee, but they also clearly put care and love into what they do.
