Just pure idiots at this Lowe's store. Never seen anything like the ineptitude and lack of accountability in my life. Kept lying about why they couldn't deliver a fridge, which was proven by their own corporate customer service who debunked their constant tales and excuses. To sum up, bought a fridge on August 1, and 6 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. During the process no one at Lowe's took ownership, no calls or updates. All contact was initiated by me, week after week after week inquiring as to why they couldn't deliver a fridge or why they couldn't untangle the knots on their side to deliver it.
The worst, customer service is apparently not a thing here. Not sure how they stay in business but somehow they make me miss the constant questioning of "can I help you?", "do you need any assisyance", etc that you get as you walk each isle in Home Depot. Used to annoy me but seeing the opposite end of the spectrum at Lowes where I could barely find a cashier, I would gladly welcome back the barrage of orange aprons. Don't waste your time at this weak excuse of a home improvement store.
