They were very professional, repaired my PS3 in just a day and a half, and kept all the hard drive data. Our PS3 has been working heavily (I have two kids, and some of the neighborhood kids come over to play) for the last week and a half with no problems.

Very friendly staff, excellent hours to drop off or pick up your system/laptop. This is the second time I actually use their services and they have been really good both times. Their time efficiency was really good (I got my PS3 back in 5 days) and the price is fair. I had a PS3 problem before and was worried I had to send it back to Sony which I know they don't send your PS3 back, it's a refurbished one, so I did some research and saw many positive comments regarding this place. True enough, they didn't disappoint and that is why I'm using their services for a second time.
