Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've ever had...and I hated going to the dentist, so much so that I didn't go for 5 years. I highly recommend her to all ages and people. I actually now look forward to my dental appointments - going to the dentist is like night and day for me now! I went in to see her initially because she was close to my office. I must note that I was at first very defensive and I probably came off like a jerk to her and her staff. I was totally jaded from the previous dentists I'd had in Beverly Hills who all insisted on a deep cleaning with hundreds of dollars worth of needless work. On top of that, these BH dentists were mean and nasty, always in a bad mood - just plain old bad business. For the record, I knew these BH dentists were quacks (and thieves) when I finally went to my college buddy's father who is a dentist, who told me flat out that my need for "deep cleaning" was b.s. - his hygienist just gave me a cleaning and charged me $80. That was 5 years ago. As you can see, I was terrified of showing up to any dentist office after 5 year absence, expecting a long lecture. That did not happen whatsoever with Dr. Lee. I found Dr. Lee's office to be very professional, friendly, easy to work with, and a terrifically inviting office, great ambiance, massage chairs, complete comfort in the chair (even paying attention to discomfort of dry lips when one's mouth is open for 20 minutes). Her office has all the newest equipment, she shows you exactly what is going on by pulling a computer monitor with your mouth X-ray right to your chair (you don't even have to move your head!); she explains in plain English all that dental jargon - she and her staff are extremely attentive. Such a difference from what I had in my 20s. Dr. Lee's and her staff listened to my concerns, my complaints about dentists acting like thieving car mechanics, and gave me the real scoop - my options, and yes I had/have options. I write this review after seeing her now 4 times. I had 1 cleaning, a cavity filling, a re-crown, and an additional cleaning (after 6 months). She hooked me up with a 50% discount on a special teeth whitening method (which worked wonders ). All around, she has proven to be honest, a great doctor, who offers a great value, and really has an model practice.
